In our fast-paced, chaotic, and often demanding world, we deserve a space to  prioritize our well-being and self-nourishment; to go inward from the bigger picture for a couple of hours, in order to tap into compassion for ourselves in community.  This gathering is for those who seek to replenish, rejuvenate, and rediscover the strength within themselves.

This group, focused on the nourishment of mind, body, and soul, is a sacred and supportive space where we’ll come together to nurture and empower ourselves, resourcing somatic practices, reiki, inquiry, discussion, sound, hypnosis, and more!  This circle is designed to provide a nurturing and growth-oriented environment, fostering a deep sense of connection, self-care, and self-discovery. 

Together, we'll nourish our minds, invigorate our bodies, and feed our souls in a supportive and loving community.

This circle is open to female-identifying and non-binary folks.
