Use the main table for laptop work, relax in the Bell Studio for sharing and chatting with others, stretch out on a yoga mat, bring a book and have a cup of tea, retreat to the meditation room for some silence or lay on the bio mat to rejuvenate your cells. 

Most people who enter the doors of Riverbank are amazed at the sacred and nourishing vibration that the space holds right here in the thick of Mid-City. Los Angeles is a fast paced and often harsh city where we are combatting many frequencies that work against our nervous system. It is essential to find the spaces that create opportunities for self-care and connection with self and others. Come and enjoy the respite we offer. 

We are excited to open up the sanctuary of Riverbank from 9:00am-3:00pm on Wednesdays for our beautiful community. The main room will be available for you to use the wifi for whisper working with tea and snacks. The gathering rooms will be available to meditate, pray, read, do yoga, connect inward or share with friends. We will have a short guided meditation 12:30pm-1:00pm for those inspired to join.
