Spritiual Book Course  with Paige Appel - Living Untethered by Michael Singer - tapping into guidance from the authors that inspire us to be our highest selves. 

We will gather via the handy Zoom portal on Wednesdays at 10am-11:30am  PST

Format:

I will open us up with a short grounding meditation followed by three rounds of prompts. Each session we will cover a few chapters of the book with excavations, insights, and our own perspectives on what comes in. I will offer guidance for spiritual practice based on the book's wisdom and hold us all in a respectful container of discourse allowing us to reach the depths of our own inner revelations from the book.

I will cap the club at 16 participants so all have a chance to listen, share, ask questions, and offer insight within the 1.5 hour gathering.
