Welcome to a tea sit with Grace.
This is a warm and inviting space for all to commune with Tea in stillness and ease. Tea has been around for thousands of years as a medicinal plant ally, inviting us into harmony with the Tao. She meets us where we are and invites us into deeper connection within. Our time together, in silent practice, connects us back to our heart, our internal compass and our innate wisdom. We will enjoy the practice of tea followed by a time for reflection.
