The Sacred Pause retreat invites you to step outside of your routine in order to more fully connect with and embody your higher self. Led by Paige Appel and Hillary Power, this daylong experience fosters introspection and collective wisdom in loving community. You will be guided in gentle somatic movement, reflection circles, a nourishing lunch and seasonal snacks, an exploration of feminine archetypes and ending with a restful sound bath to encourage communion with your inner knowing on your unique path to embodied sovereignty. 

We will have somatic movement with Bianca Harris, reflection circles with Paige Appel & Hillary Power, guided meditation into Embodied Connection with Kristen Caissie, Feminine Archetypes workshop led by Paige Appel, and closing out with sound by Natalie Valle.

 Schedule

• 9am arrival - intros and intention setting
• 9:15 stretch and gentle somatic movement  (Bianca Harris)
• 10:00 am reflection circle - what does it mean to Sacred Pause?
• 12:00 noon Ayurvedic vegetarian lunch (Genevieve Germaine)
• 1:00 pm guided journey into your embodied self (Kristen Caissie)
• 2:00pm feminine archetypes workshop where we identify and break down how to use our own strengths and weaknesses in service to ourselves and others
• 3:00 pm relaxing break and snack
• 3:30 reflection circle - what does it mean to embody our sovereignty? 
• 6:00 pm  Healing Sound Bath (Natalie Valle)
• 6:45 pm end with takeaways

The Sacred Pause will take place onsite at Riverbank with additional offerings and soulful takeaways from our community.
